Konstantinos G. Kalogiannis is Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Western Macedonia (UOWM). He is author or co-author of more than 50 research publications in Peer Reviewed International Journals (over 3600 citations in Scopus, Hirsch (h)-index= 31) and 150 publication in national and international conferences. His research interests are focused on the fields of:
Dr. Georgios Varvoutis is a graduate from the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His Ph.D. thesis involved the development and assessment of novel CeO2-based catalytic materials for the lab and scaled-up CO2 hydrogenation process using renewable H2. Currently, he is a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Western Macedonia (UoWM), involved in the catalytic production of light olefins from CO2 hydrogenation. He is author or co-author of more than 20 research publications in peer-reviewed International Journals (over 190 citations in Scopus, with an Hirsch (h)-index = 6) and 29 publications in national and international conferences. His research interests are focused on the fields of:
Dr. Lampropoulos Athanasios is a graduate of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Thessaly. He holds two master's degrees in water resources management and environmental technologies from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Democritus University of Thrace His Ph.D. thesis involved the lab-scale investigation of the catalytic thermochemical conversion of solid fuels towards syngas generation and scaled-up gasification process in pilot and commercial units. Currently, he is a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Western Macedonia (UoWM), involved in the catalytic production of light olefins from CO2 hydrogenation. He is author or co-author of more than 15 research publications in peer-reviewed International Journals (over 80 citations in Scopus, with an Hirsch (h)-index = 4) and more than 25 publications in national and international conferences.
