Our team members Koar Chorozian and Anthi Karnaouri participated in the 4th LPMO conference in York! This conference is a specialty conference well aligned with our work on NanoHybrid as it focuses on monooxygenases that we are currently using in our efforts to develop novel nanocellulose production methods. Our team is now working fully on making our project a success.
More information about the conference can be found here:

Here is the work we presented in the conference:
Abstract - Immobilization of TthLPMO9G from Thermothelomyces thermophilus on Carbon Felt for Electrochemical Applications.
Poster - Immobilization of TthLPMO9G from Thermothelomyces thermophilus on Carbon Felt for Electrochemical Applications.
Abstract - Enhancing Bio-based Material Production: Characterization of a New LPMO from Fusarium oxysporum for Cellulose Extraction and Functionalization.
Poster - Utilizing an LPMO from Fusarium oxysporum for the functionalization of lignocellulose-derived and bacterial nanocellulose.
Our team members Koar Chorozian and Anthi Karnaouri participated in the 7th LignoBiotech symposium in Toulouse!
We were happy to share our latest work on enzyme-mediated preparation of nanocellulose and network with leading experts in the field of #Biocatalysis! We had the opportunity to have fruitful discussions with experts in the field and promote our work within the NanoHybrid project.

Our team has participated in the 23rd Panhellenic Chemistry Conference with a poster presentation. This work focuses on coupling solid catalysts with the pretreatment of biomass to enhance our OxiOrganosolv process.
Our team has participated in the 14th Panhellenic Scientific Conference of Chemical Engineering with 2 oral presentations and one poster. This is the first work to be published on the initial findings of NanoHybrid and we hope more will soon follow.
